As part of its 2025 fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue plan, Vietnam Seaproducts Corporation (SEAPRODEX) organized a fire prevention and rescue drill on December 12, 2025, at the Corporation’s office. The exercise aimed to enhance awareness, responsibility, situational response capability, and coordination skills of the on-site fire prevention and firefighting team in case of fire or explosion incidents.

The drill was attended and supervised by representatives of the Executive Board, department leaders, and the on-site firefighting team, with professional guidance and support from the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police in accordance with regulations.

During the drill, SEAPRODEX officers and employees strengthened their understanding of fire safety laws, improved their skills in using on-site firefighting equipment, and practiced quick and accurate handling of emergency scenarios—minimizing risks to people and property. The exercise also enabled the Corporation to review and assess the effectiveness and suitability of the existing fire prevention and rescue plan, ensuring timely updates and improvements.

Speaking at the event, a representative of the Executive Board emphasized that fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue are continuous responsibilities that require proactive engagement from every employee. Organizing such drills not only fulfills legal requirements but also contributes to creating a safe and stable working environment that supports effective business operations and the Corporation’s sustainable development goals.

SEAPRODEX’s 2025 fire prevention and rescue drill was conducted seriously, in accordance with the plan, ensuring absolute safety while achieving the intended objectives and delivering valuable practical experience for the unit’s ongoing fire safety efforts.
