The training session not only focused on updating professional knowledge but also emphasized the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in practical work. In the context of a rapidly advancing digital economy, AI is increasingly becoming a powerful tool for enterprises in management, production operations, and customer service.
Notably, this program, led by expert instructors from UNICA, highlighted a modern perspective: “Artificial intelligence cannot replace humans, but those who know how to use AI will replace those who do not.” This served as a practical reminder for every staff member to proactively engage with technology, master new tools, and improve productivity and work efficiency.

Through simulated scenarios and hands-on activities, employees had the opportunity to explore modern AI tools and develop the skills needed to integrate them into daily tasks.
The leadership of SEAPRODEX highly appreciated the team’s proactive and serious learning spirit and affirmed their commitment to continuing and expanding internal training programs that integrate new technologies, in partnership with reputable training providers like UNICA.
