Vietnam Seaproducts Join Stock Corporation rewards the Representative Groups and the NomineeS of the Corporation’s investment capital in other enterprises in 2023.

On September 16^th, 2024, Mr. Mai Xuan Phong – General Director of Seaprodex awarded Certificates of Merit to the Representative Groups and the Nominees of the Corporation’s investment capital in other enterprises for their achievements in completing assigned tasks, bringing good results to the Corporation in 2023.

Conference Overview

The Corporation’s Representatives and Nominees at other enterprises play a very important role and have a great impact on the effectiveness of the Corporation’s investments in other enterprises. Vietnam’s socio-economic situation in 2023 takes place in the context of the world economy facing great challenges, rapid fluctuations, unpredictability and high instability. In the face of these difficulties, most of the Corporation’s Representatives and Nominees, in their roles, have coordinated with the Board of Directors and Executive Boards at enterprises to implement the resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders quite well, achieving or exceeding the annual business plan or supporting enterprises to improve and change in a positive direction in production and business activities in the face of difficulties at the unit. Thereby, contributing to improving the efficiency of capital investment, preserving and developing the Corporation’s investment capital at enterprises.

In order to reward and encourage the Representative Groups and Nominees at enterprises with outstanding achievements in capital representation work, the General Director of the Corporation has awarded Certificates of Merit to the Representative Groups and Nominees including:

– Representative Group and Nominees at Nam Can Seaproducts Import Export Join Stock Company

– Representative Group and Nominees at Seaproducts Mechanical Shareholding Joint Stock Company

– Representative Group and Nominees at Ha Long Canned Food Join Stock Corporation

– Representative Group and Nominees at Vietnamese – French Cattle Feed Joint Stock Company

Mr. Mai Xuan Phong – General Director awarded Certificates of Merit to these Representative Groups and Nominees.

In the spirit of sharing, mutual love, and “helping each other”, the Representative Groups and Nominees agreed to use the recently awarded money to join in donating and supporting the people of the North affected by storm No. 3 and have transferred it to the account of the Vietnam Fatherland Front – Central Relief Committee.
