On August 11, 2025, the delegation of Vietnam Seaproducts Joint Stock Corporation (SEAPRODEX) paid a visit and held a working session at Australis Aquaculture Vietnam Co., Ltd. The delegation was led by Mr. Mai Xuan Phong – Member of the Board of Directors and General Director of SEAPRODEX, along with Mr. Do Trung Chuyen – Deputy General Director, and representatives from professional departments.

During the meeting, the leadership of Australis Aquaculture Vietnam Co., Ltd. presented an overview of their production and business activities, aquaculture and processing projects oriented toward sustainability and environmental friendliness, as well as their future development plans. Both sides also discussed potential cooperation opportunities, sharing experiences in applying science and technology, improving product quality, and expanding market reach.

In his remarks, Mr. Mai Xuan Phong expressed gratitude for the warm welcome from Australis Aquaculture Vietnam Co., Ltd. and highly appreciated the company’s efforts and achievements. He affirmed that strengthening exchanges and cooperation among seafood enterprises will contribute to enhancing the industry’s competitiveness and meeting the demands of international integration.

Delegation visits Australis farming model and processing plant

The visit and working session served as an opportunity for SEAPRODEX to expand its network, strengthen partnerships with both domestic and international stakeholders, and move towards the sustainable development goals of Vietnam’s seafood industry.

Australis Aquaculture Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise under Australis Aquaculture LLC (USA), specializing in farming and processing Barramundi in Van Phong Bay, Khanh Hoa Province. The company applies advanced farming technology, has obtained multiple international certifications for sustainable aquaculture, and exports its products primarily to the United States, Europe, and other global markets.
